Building platforms for fashion's future.
The fashion industry generates billions of metric tons of CO2.
Our OneWeave™ 3D weaving system is built to eliminate some of those emissions — not through offsets, but by fundamentally changing how garments are made. When you produce only what's needed, with minimal construction waste, sustainability isn't a feature — it's the default.
It's time to change the world. A typical pair of pants takes a lot of resources to make. A pair of cotton pants woven on our OneWeave™ system cuts that footprint across the board.

Reduced primary energy demand of 49%
Traditional weaving is energy-intensive at every stage — from yarn preparation to finishing. 3D weaving consolidates that process, cutting primary energy demand by nearly half.

Reduced blue water consumption of 39%
Textile production is one of the world's largest consumers of freshwater. 3D weaving's streamlined construction uses 39% less, a meaningful reduction at any production scale.

Reduced global warming potential of 53%
Global warming potential measures the cumulative climate impact of a product's full lifecycle. 3D weaving cuts that figure by more than half — a structural improvement, not an offset.
To gather this data, we commissioned a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to quantify the effect that OneWeave™ has on climate change. An LCA is a measurement of the resources and energy required to manufacture a product, from the cultivation or synthesis of raw materials used to make it, to the moment it’s delivered to the customer.
Our LCA compares the environmental impact of two pairs of pants. One is made with an air-jet weaving machine and follows the typical fashion supply chain. This is a baseline. The other is made with a OneWeave™ 3D weaving machine and follows the OneWeave™ supply chain. This is the goal line.

Thanks to the relentless vision of our founders and commitment of our team, we can proudly say that we are part of the B Corp™ community.
The Bcorp community works toward reduced inequality, lower levels of poverty, a healthier environment, and stronger communities across multiple industries. Today, we're one of less than 300 fashion brands globally that has achieved this certification.
We’re far from perfect. But, we’re striving to be not only better, but good. Access our impact dashboard here.
We’ve built the tech, proved it works, and are ready to partner with the world’s most innovative manufacturers and brands.
Let's revolutionize apparel, together.
